Dream

What is your dream? What are your goals? These are very important questions not only to know, but getting clear on what steps to take in order for these to become a living reality.  

 

We all have aspects of self that we would like to improve, yet we hesitate making these changes because in order for change to occur we must step outside our comfort zone and literally change certain beliefs and behaviors that keep us stuck in our current situation. This for most people is what keeps us from being the best version of ourselves. We must be willing to be uncomfortable. Change itself is extremely energetically demanding.  If we don’t have the energy reserves, change is unlikely to occur.

 

Once your dream is defined core values must be established and practiced in order for this to be attained.  Identifying your life stressors, eating right for your individual needs, getting proper rest and moving your body according to your life demands set the foundation.  This is accomplished by creating stress management skills, eating high quality organic foods, drinking clean water, getting at least 8 hours of sleep nightly and knowing weather your body needs to work out or work in.  When these foundational values are mastered your chances for success increase greatly and your goals become attainable.

 

All 9 steps in the success pyramid help lead you in the direction of living your DREAM.  The DREAM or motive must be clearly defined before beginning your program. The more detailed you are on what you want to accomplish the more detailed we can get on designing you an individual program that will tailor to your exact needs.  

 

In considering your DREAM ask yourself what do I like to do? What makes me feel alive? What gets me excited? What would an ideal day look like for me? What would my ideal body look like? All these questions may help you get clear on what you really want.
